Shipping Information

Find all the information you need about our shipping policies and ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your favourite jewellery.

We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!. All items are insured and can be tracked using the allocated tracking number.

Packages are processed, Shipped and delivered Monday through Friday: However in some cases you may receive your packages on Saturday. 

We ship most products within 1-4 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:

 

  • USA: 1-5 working days

  • Canada: 2-10 working days

  • UK, most of EU: 2-7 working days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 8-20 working days

  • Rest of the World: 5-20 working days

 

  • Message Card Products: 1-3 Business days

  • Engrave Only Products (Watches, engraved pendants, stamped items): 2-3 Business days.

  • Graphic Products (Heart, circle, and dog tag graphical jewelry): 2-4 Business days.

Custom Duty: International orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These imposed fees are not included in the shipping fee paid. You will be responsible for such fees in order to get custom clearance for your order.

Lost or Stolen Package

We understand that packages may get lost during transit. All of our packages can be tracked and tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. If you do not receive your order, please check the tracking information and get in touch with us immediately if you believe your package is lost. We will do our best to investigate the case and get your order replaced. Note however that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered at your doorstep. It is your responsibility to leave instruction for the carrier if you're not able to receive the package.

We want you to receive Imperiumjewels products in perfect condition each and every time. All Imperiumjewels products are carefully inspected and well packed before leaving our warehouse. However, products may sometimes be damaged during transit. In such cases, please get in touch with us immediately. We will be happy to assist you and we'll do our best to resolve this issue.
